Free Enough
This app has paid upgrades — but its free tier is the complete product. Most people who use it never feel the need to pay.
In-app purchases are Microsoft 365 subscriptions (Personal $99.99 and Family $129.99 as listed) that unlock premium Office features. OneNote note-taking itself is the complete free product with a Microsoft account.
