Ente

Ente Photos backs up photos and videos with end-to-end encryption, so only you and people you share with can see them. Search runs on the device and albums can be shared with family.

Free Enough

This app has paid upgrades — but its free tier is the complete product. Most people who use it never feel the need to pay.

Paid items are larger storage plans, from 10 GB at $0.99 up to 1000 GB at $11.99 a month or $119.99 a year. The free tier includes 10 GB with the full app, so paying buys space and nothing else.

Something wrong?

Reports go to a human review queue. No timeline promised — this is a small pilot, but every report gets read.
