Free Enough

This app has paid upgrades — but its free tier is the complete product. Most people who use it never feel the need to pay.

Free capture and use of built-in actions are the complete core product and the page states the app is always free to use. Drafts Pro at $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year on the opened page adds creating and editing actions, workspaces, themes and extra widgets.

Reports go to a human review queue. No timeline promised — this is a small pilot, but every report gets read.
